Our Guarantee

We guarantee high quality, happy, and healthy Leopard Geckos that are all eating well at the time of purchase.  We also have a live arrival guarantee.  Our goal is to ensure that you are not only happy with your Leopard Gecko, but that it is one of the finest you have ever purchased.  You may request weights, sex confirmation, or recent photos as long as the picture and description posted is a minimum of three weeks old. All pictures will accurately represent the gecko for sale, with no alterations to the gecko.  All sexes are guaranteed, unless otherwise stated. We would like to make your purchase easy and enjoyable, and are willing to work with you as long as it is reasonable and within limits.

Payment Information

Currently all payments will be made through Paypal (made payable to enigmaticgeckos@yahoo.com).  We currently accept deposits to reserve a gecko/geckos.  A 20% (non refundable) deposit fee will reserve your gecko for 15 days or a 35% (non refundable) deposit fee will reserve your gecko for 30 days.  If the full payment has not been made within those 15/30 days, and no other arrangements have been agreed upon, your deposit will be forfeited. After you have decided on which of our geckos you would like to purchase, we will send you an e-mail notification informing you of the total (shipping included).  Once the payment is received your gecko will be shipped the first available date determined by the purchaser and EG's agreement.

 

Shipping Information

We only ship our reptiles Monday-Wednesday, as long as weather permits safe shipping.  This reduces the chances of your gecko being delayed in transit. We ship using a case by case manner, ensuring the package arrives when it is convenient for the purchaser.  The average shipping costs are $45 - $60; this will be determined case by case.  Shipping will be covered by the purchaser and included in the final payment. 

We would like for you to contact us once you have received your gecko/geckos. Any feedback or comments regarding our geckos or the process of purchasing our geckos is welcome. The purchaser has 24 hours to notify us of any problems that may have occurred while in transit, or if for any reason the purchaser is unsatisfied with their purchase.
